GENERAL
These terms apply to all orders made through Tesoro Atelier’s webshop at www.tesoroatelier.com By placing an order, you enter into a binding agreement with Tesoro Atelier once you receive an order confirmation. If an item is out of stock or priced incorrectly, Tesoro Atelier will notify you and offer alternatives or a refund. Tesoro Atelier reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud.
To order, you must be at least 18 years old. If you're a minor, you must have consent from a guardian, or you may be held responsible for the costs of invalid orders.
PAYMENT
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the prices and terms. Payments are processed through the available options, and your payment information is securely protected in line with our privacy policy.
DELIVERY
Tesoro Atelier processes orders in the sequence they are received. Please refer to the banner on our website for specific shipping periods each month.
We’re embracing a return to slow shopping, encouraging mindful choices about what you buy and why you buy it. This philosophy is also reflected in our shipping policy, which means that shipments may take a bit longer, just like in the old days, rather than keeping pace with today’s hectic life.
Please note that I am away during the first two weeks of each month due to work commitments. As a result, shipping and order processing may be delayed during this time.
Shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your order. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method and delivery address. We will send your order to the address you provided when placing the order.
Packages under 10 kg are delivered to the nearest pickup point. Provide your mobile number for SMS updates or wait for mail notification.
Items in stock are typically ready for dispatch within 2-3 working days, with delivery taking 3-5 working days. If there are supplier delays, delivery may take longer, and we will notify you once your order is processed.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Tesoro Atelier inspects all items before shipping. If your shipment is visibly damaged upon receipt, refuse the package and ask the shipping company to note the damage. If delivered, report the damage to the shipping company immediately. For damaged or missing items, contact Tesoro Atelier within 3 days with your order number, case number, and photos of the damage. Failure to report or provide photos may result in denial of the claim. Keep the packaging until the issue is resolved, as it may be needed for returns or further investigation.
Our vintage items have a past life, with natural signs of wear that add charm and character. We do our best to disclose any flaws, but we’re not responsible for missed stains, tears, or other signs of use.
PACKAGES RETURNED AS UNDELIVERABLE
Even if you wish to withdraw, it is your responsibility to carefully examine the item. It must be in its original condition and packaging. Ensure that it is well-packaged to avoid damage during return. The original packaging should not be used as the outer packaging. All accessories, labels, and manuals must be included. We reserve the right to adjust the return value if the product condition changes. You are responsible for ensuring the item arrives undamaged. Use the original outer packaging when returning the item. Non-collected packages are not eligible for returns or refunds.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you received the product. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing via email. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect. You’re responsible for the return shipping costs and for the return until it reaches us. Refunds will be processed within 30 days to your original payment method.

We collect data like name, address, email, and phone number to process orders and offer customer support. We may also collect additional details like payment information. We do not share personal data with third parties without your consent, except for necessary services like delivery or payment processing. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data.
